Crafting Change: Inside Our Upgraded Workshop at Rammy Men
Welcome to the heart of our operations where craftsmanship meets community at our newly upgraded workshop based at https://www.rammymen.org/. Over the past month, our workspace has transformed spectacularly – we now boast a wall of French Cleats brimming with hand tools, ready to support our ever-expanding class offerings.
A Journey of Learning and Creating Our journey began just a few weeks ago, but the strides we've made are monumental. We've just wrapped up our first six-week beginner course, where enthusiastic learners crafted their own three-leg milking stools – a testament to their dedication and our hands-on teaching approach. While we jest about having milking stools coming out of our ears, the pride each student takes home is real and tangible.
This week, we're excited to embark on our first triple training session day, including two beginner courses and an intermediate course, all from our enhanced workshop facilities. It's more than just woodworking; it's about building confidence, skills, and community.
Transforming Lives Through Craftsmanship Our collaboration with Rammy Men CIC is not just about making beautiful hardwood products; it's a life-changing synergy. Every purchase of our handcrafted items supports both Nature In Your Home and Rammy Men, fuelling our community initiatives. These initiatives are designed to not only continue but to grow and embrace a broader community of individuals who find joy and solace in creating something unique with their hands.
Support Our Mission By choosing one of our meticulously made products, you're not just buying a piece of furniture or a decorative item; you're helping to empower and expand a community. From stunning oak pizza boards to elegant beech bookends, floating towel racks and robust candle sconces, each product is infused with care and love.
